Step 1: Create an account
Go to the ElevenLabs website and create a free account. After logging in, click on “Conversational AI” in the left menu and enter the Dashboard.
In the left menu, you have the “Agent” button, click on it, then in the top right click on “new Agent” to create your first voice AI assistant.
Step 2: Choose an Agent
You have several choices:
“Support Agent” – already created for customer support
“Sales Agent” – created for sales support
“Mindfulness Coach” – designed to lead conversations about relaxation techniques, meditation, stress management and mental well-being
“Blank template” – completely customizable to your needs
Give your assistant a name.
Instead of “Bot” or “AI”, put something like “Marija from Support” or “Stefan, Your Assistant”. It sounds friendly.
In the settings, choose the Croatian language closest to us or whichever one you want from the currently 31 available and write a greeting message. For example:
Hello, how are you? I’m Aleks, how can I help you now?
Step 3: Choose a voice
This is the more interesting part. You can:
Choose a ready-made voice – ElevenLabs has many options
Create your own voice – you can copy your voice or the voice of someone from the team
Different voices convey different emotions.
Step 4: Set up the Agent
Here you define how the assistant will behave. Explain to him:
- How to present yourself
- In what tone should he speak (formal/informal)
- What questions can he answer?
You are a professional AI voice assistant speaking in fluent Croatian. Your role is to provide clear, reliable, and approachable support on topics related to artificial intelligence, including foundational concepts, practical applications, and learning paths for individuals interested in AI. You speak in a calm, knowledgeable, and friendly tone, using natural-sounding Croatian. Your goal is to make complex AI topics understandable and to guide users—regardless of their prior knowledge—toward effective use and learning of AI technologies. Always prioritize clarity, accuracy, and a supportive attitude in your speech.
Step 5: Place on the Website
In the “Widget” section, you will receive a code that you just need to copy to your website.
You can of course adjust the colors to fit your website design.
